How do I track my meds & supplements?

To track your medications & supplements while using the Effecto App, you need to follow these steps:

1. Click on Home tab
2. Find and select the Medications section & click “+” to add data
3. Add medications name, strength, units and frequency based on your needs
4. If needed, add a schedule to your medications & supplements intake
5. Click Save
