How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at help@effecto.app at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription period. This ensures we have enough time to process your request. If you contact us later, we cannot guarantee the cancellation will be completed before the period ends.

 

If you purchased the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it through your Apple or Google account.

 

Please note:

  • Subscriptions cannot be canceled directly through the app.
  • Deleting the app or your personal data does not cancel your subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions won't appear on Apple or Google Subscriptions, if they were purchased through the website.
