Why was my payment declined?

We accept payments through all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) and PayPal.

 

If your payment was declined, please check that your card details are correct and not expired. Also verify your account balance, spending limit, and that your card is enabled for online and international transactions.

 

Sometimes we cannot see the exact reason a payment fails. If the issue continues, please contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance. You can also try another card or payment method.

 

If your purchase was not confirmed but you see a pending transaction, it may be a preauthorization. These usually expire within 7 days, depending on your bank.
